I confirm that the item(s) I am returning are unworn, unused, in original condition, and free from marks, stains, odours, or make-up (including around the neckline, cuffs, or underarms). All tags, labels, seals and packaging are intact, and the return is being made within 14 days of receipt.
I understand that items which are damaged, altered, washed, or missing original packaging may not be eligible for a refund or exchange, and that a £5 fee will be deducted from refunds (not from exchanges or store credit). Refunds may take 10–15 working days from the date Marame receives my return.
I acknowledge that I am responsible for the item(s) until received by Marame, and I have read and agree to Marame’s Returns & Exchanges Policy. I accept that my return may be rejected or adjusted if these conditions are not met.

We don’t currently have a free post returns facility in Northern Ireland / Isle of Wight however you can use the postal service of your choice to return the item back to us at your own expense and as a result we waive all return fees for Northern Ireland / Isle of Wight customers.
