    All UK deliveries are handled by DPD and include full tracking and delivery notifications.

    Delivered in 2–3 working days across all UK locations.
    Next Day Delivery - FREE (Orders Over £150)
    Order by 3pm Monday–Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) for delivery the next working day.

    Orders placed after 3pm will be processed the following working day. Orders placed after 3pm on Fridays or over the weekend will be dispatched the following Monday. Orders placed on Bank Holidays/Bank Holiday Weekends will be processed on the next working day.

    While we do our best to meet these delivery timeframes, please note that all delivery times are estimates only. Marame does not guarantee delivery by a specific date and accepts no liability for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, incomplete or incorrect address details, customs, or other factors beyond our control.

  • ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

    Orders are usually dispatched within one working day. During busier periods, dispatch times may be slightly extended. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link to monitor its progress.
  • RESPONSIBILITY & RISK

    By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that ownership of the goods transfers to you once the order is delivered to the address you provided at checkout. It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the delivery. If DPD is unable to deliver after multiple attempts and your parcel is returned to us, we may apply a charge for re-delivery.
    Risk of loss or damage passes to you at the point of delivery. If your tracking shows that your order has been delivered but you have not received it, you must notify us within 72 hours. We will support an investigation with the courier, but please note that outcomes are determined by the courier service. Marame is not liable for consequential loss, inconvenience, or delays during courier investigations.

  • INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

    These terms govern international orders placed through Marame’s online store and are intended to provide clarity on delivery, duties, and responsibilities for customers purchasing outside of the United Kingdom.
     1. Shipping Terms
    Marame offers international shipping under two delivery options:
    DAP (Delivered At Place): Duties and taxes are payable by the customer upon arrival in the destination country. Our delivery partner will contact you directly to arrange payment before releasing the goods.
    DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): Duties and taxes are included in the shipping price at checkout. No additional payment is required on delivery.
    All international orders are shipped from the United Kingdom.
     2. Excluded Destinations
    We are unable to ship to the following countries and territories: Afghanistan, Albania, Antarctica, Argentina, Ascension Islands, Bangladesh, Belarus, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Brazil, British Indian Ocean Territory, Christmas Islands, Cocos (Keeling) Islands, Cuba, East Timor, Easter Island, Egypt, Falkland Island, French Southern Territories, Ghana, Heard/McDonald Island, India, Indonesia, Iran, Israel, Jordan, Kenya, Kiribati, Kuwait, Marshall Islands, Mexico, Micronesia, Moldova, Myanmar, Nauru, Nigeria, Niue, North Korea, Northern Mariana Islands, Norfolk Island, Occupied Palestinian Territory, Oman, Pakistan, Philippines, Pitcairn Island, Qatar, Russia, Sahara, Samoa, Sao Tome & Principe, Saudi Arabia, Serbia, Sierra Leone, Somalia, South Africa, South Georgia/Sandwich Island, Sri Lanka, St Helena, Sudan, Svalbard & Jan Mayan, Syria, Thailand, Tajikistan, Tokelau, Tonga, Tuvalu, Ukraine, US Minor Outlying Island, Venezuela, Vietnam, Wallis and Futuna Islands, Yemen.
     3. Delivery Estimates
    Estimated delivery timeframes will be provided at checkout. Please note these are estimates only and may vary due to customs processing times, carrier delays, or events beyond our control such as severe weather, strikes, or other disruptions. Marame cannot be held responsible for delays caused by external factors.
     4. Customs Duties and Taxes
    For DAP shipments, the customer is responsible for paying any customs duties, taxes, or handling fees required by their local authority. These charges must be settled before delivery can occur. For DDP shipments, duties and taxes are included in the shipping price at checkout and no additional payment is required on delivery.
     5. Returns for International Orders
    International returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unworn and unwashed, in their original condition, and with all original swing tags attached. Delivery costs are non-refundable, and returns must be sent at the customer’s expense. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
    6. Currency
    Where possible, prices will be displayed in the customer’s local currency. If this is not available, prices will default to GBP (£).
    7. Liability for Delays and Losses
    While we work closely with our delivery partners to ensure smooth shipping, Marame is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures, delays or non-delivery due to incorrect shipping information provided at checkout, or weather conditions or unforeseen logistical disruptions beyond our control.
