The Cala Shirt was designed to be one of those effortless pieces that you reach for throughout the warmer months. Relaxed, comfortable and easy to style, it combines the laid-back feel of a holiday shirt with the thoughtful design details that help create shape and balance.

Made from beautifully soft cotton cheesecloth, it feels light and breathable against the skin, making it perfect for warmer days, holidays and everyday wear. The fabric has a natural texture that gives the shirt an effortless quality, allowing it to look polished without ever feeling too structured or formal.

One of my favourite features is the shoulder detail. It's been carefully designed to create subtle width and structure across the shoulder line without the need for shoulder pads. This helps create balanced proportions whilst maintaining the relaxed silhouette that makes the shirt so comfortable to wear.

The sleeves have also been deliberately designed with a little extra length and coverage, ensuring they work beautifully across a variety of arm shapes whilst still feeling easy and effortless.

The cropped length has been carefully considered to pair perfectly with our Cala Cheesecloth Skirt. When worn together, the shirt finishes at what we often refer to as the "sweet spot", allowing the skirt's waistband to remain visible whilst creating a beautifully defined waistline. It's a simple detail that makes a remarkable difference to the overall silhouette.

Whether worn as a co-ord or styled separately with your favourite denim or linen pieces, this is a shirt that works hard within your wardrobe whilst always feeling easy to wear.

The Cala Shirt has been designed with a relaxed fit that allows the fabric to move naturally with the body whilst maintaining a flattering silhouette. The cropped length has been carefully balanced to create proportion without feeling overly short, making it particularly easy to style with higher-waisted skirts and trousers.

Crafted from 100% cotton cheesecloth, the fabric is exceptionally soft, lightweight and breathable. The double-layered gauze construction creates a gentle texture and natural drape that feels comfortable against the skin whilst helping the garment maintain its relaxed shape.

What I particularly love about cheesecloth is the way it combines comfort and versatility. It feels cool and airy in warmer temperatures whilst still providing enough coverage to feel polished and put together. The natural texture of the fabric also means it looks effortlessly relaxed, making it ideal for travel and everyday wear.

If you prefer a little extra length through the body, we recommend sizing up by one size. Otherwise, take your usual size.

Crafted from 100% cotton cheesecloth, the Cala Shirt has been designed to offer exceptional softness, breathability and comfort. The natural texture of the fabric is part of its charm, creating an effortless appearance that becomes even softer with wear and washing.

To help preserve the quality of your garment, we recommend washing inside out on a cold, gentle cycle with similar colours. Reshape whilst damp and allow to air dry naturally. Do not tumble dry.

One of the benefits of cheesecloth is its naturally textured finish, meaning ironing is rarely required. If desired, a light steam can be used to refresh the fabric whilst maintaining its relaxed appearance.

Returns from the UK can be processed using our free post DPD or Royal Mail service. We offer a paperless return option as well as the option to print your own postage label.

We accept returns within 30 days of fulfilment, items must be in their original condition, unworn/unwashed and unstained with all tags and labels still attached

All returns are free of charge. You will be refunded the full amount you paid for the product you are returning.

We also offer Exchanges, Store Credits and Instant Exchanges, where you can get your replacement product shipped out to you before we receive your return. We just take an authorisation hold on your card until your original product is received in good order.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges are available for different size, colours or completely different items.

International returns have shipping fees which are detailed when submitting a return and vary by country.
