How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collection, select your size and preferred item(s), and add them to your cart. When you’re ready, head to checkout to complete your purchase securely.
How much is shipping?
UK orders qualify for free next-day delivery if placed before 2pm.
How long does dispatch take?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days. You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your parcel is on its way.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us at help@marame.com as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to update the address.
Can I cancel or change my order?
If the order hasn’t yet been processed, we may be able to cancel or amend it. Please contact help@marame.com urgently
Do you offer next-day delivery?
Yes, all UK orders qualify for next day delivery (T&Cs apply).
What is your returns policy?
You can return items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. A £3 return processing fee will be deducted from your refund
How do I start a return?
Log in to your account dashboard and access the Returns Portal. Follow the steps to download a return label and send your item back.
Can I exchange an item?
We offer size exchanges only, subject to stock availability. For a different style or colour, please return the original item and place a new order.
What if I receive a faulty or incorrect item?
Email help@marame.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll take care of it quickly.
Are your sizes true to fit?
Please see sizing information on our product pages. Our pieces are designed for a tailored yet comfortable fit. If you're between sizes or prefer a relaxed look, consider sizing up.
Are your sizes UK or international?
We use UK sizing across our product range.

How should I care for my items?
Care instructions are included on the label of each garment (Scan the QR code). Following them will help preserve the quality and fit of your pieces.
Can I machine wash everything?
Most items are machine washable, but we recommend checking the garment's care label before washing
Where are your clothes made?
Our clothing is made in Portugal and our footwear is made in China. We only work with manufacturers who uphold high standards of quality, sustainability, and ethical labour practices.
Do you use sustainable production methods?
Yes. We work with partners who prioritise ethical and sustainable practices throughout their supply chains.
Can I trace where my item was made?
While we don’t list specific factories, we can assure you that all our partners are selected for their ethical and sustainable credentials.
How do I contact customer service?

Do you restock items?
Yes. Sign up for back-in-stock alerts on product pages to be notified.
Do you offer wholesale?

Yes, every Marame item is designed to pair effortlessly with the rest of the collection, creating a wardrobe of timeless, versatile pieces.
Do your product images reflect the true colour?
We shoot all garments in an environment aimed to replicate natural daylight and aim for colour accuracy. Please note that colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings.
