Restock text alerts

MARAME restock text alerts are operated by Marame Clothing Ltd. They are an optional service for customers with a UK mobile number who ask to hear when a particular product option is back in stock.

What you are signing up for

When you select the text alert option, enter your mobile number and give your consent, you agree to receive automated texts from MARAME about the product options you request.

This service is for requested restock alerts. It does not sign you up for general promotional texts or abandoned basket reminders. Those would require a separate choice.

Availability and cost

Message frequency depends on the product options you request and whether they become available. An alert does not reserve an item, guarantee a restock or guarantee that stock will still be available when you visit the website.

MARAME does not charge an additional fee for these alerts. Your mobile provider's message or data charges may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Delivery may be delayed or fail because of your mobile network or other technical limitations.

How to stop restock texts

Use the unsubscribe link included in our texts to stop receiving MARAME text messages. You can also contact help@marame.com for help with your subscription.

Texts display the sender name MARAME. This sender cannot receive replies, so please use the unsubscribe link rather than replying STOP or HELP.

Your information

We use your mobile number, the product option you requested and your consent record to provide this service through our messaging provider, Klaviyo. See our Privacy Policy for information about how we use and protect personal information and your rights.

If your mobile number changes, unsubscribe the old number and submit a new request with your new number. For questions, contact help@marame.com. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
