We recommend washing before first wear to help minimise natural lint transfer from the brushed interior. We always recommend washing items inside out on a cold wash with similar colours, avoid tumble drying and iron inside out on a low heat.

All UK deliveries are handled by either DPD or Royal Mail (customer choice) and include full tracking and delivery notifications.

Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends/bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Returns from the UK can be processed using our free post DPD service. We offer a paperless return option as well as the option to print your own postage label.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, items must be in their original condition, unworn/unwashed and unstained with all tags and labels still attached

We offer Store Credit and Exchanges free of charge

Returns for refunds occur a £5 processing charge which is deducted from your refund amount.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges are available for sizing issues or faulty/incorrect products only.

International returns and returns from Northern Ireland and Isle of Wight must be shipped at the customers expense.
