Pass It On terms and conditions
Your pledge
By selecting the checkbox and choosing Join and apply discount, you agree to donate items from this order to a charity of your choice if they are not suitable for you, instead of returning them. You can change your selection before placing your order. If you change your mind after ordering, contact our customer service team to arrange a return. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
Your saving
The extra 15% applies to eligible products, including pre-orders, after any applicable multi-buy or set saving. Gift card products and delivery charges are excluded. Your bag shows the saving before you place your order.
About donations and impact
You choose the charity and arrange the donation yourself. MARAME does not collect the clothing or make a donation on your behalf. This initiative does not currently have a named charity partner.
A donation’s destination and use depend on the charity you choose. We have not measured the carbon impact of this initiative and do not claim a guaranteed CO₂ saving.
If you change your mind about taking part in Pass It On, you must inform us within 48 hours of receiving your order, by contacting our customer service team.
Any eligible refund is based on the amount you actually paid for the returned items, after the 15% Pass It On discount. The 15% is not deducted again from your refund. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
This participation request does not limit your statutory cancellation or faulty-goods rights, even if you contact us after 48 hours.
