RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  • RETURNS WINDOW & CONDITIONS

    We accept returns within 14 days of UK delivery, and within 30 days for international delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, in its original condition, and has all original tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet these conditions.

    Items bought as gifts between 15 November and 23 December 2025 are eligible for exchange or store credit until 10 January 2026.
    For refunds, the standard 14-day return policy still applies.
    To protect the garment, our swing tags are fed through buttonholes, zip pulls, or internal label loops, rather than directly attached to the fabric. This prevents damage when removed but still allows us to identify whether a tag has been taken off or a garment has been worn. We reserve the right to reject returns if there is evidence that a tag has been tampered with or removed, or that the item has been worn.
    To start your return, visit our Returns Portal or access it via your account under My Orders. You’ll be asked to select the item(s) you wish to return or exchange and state the reason.
    • Exchanges/Store Credits are free of charge.
    • Returns are subject to a £5 processing fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
    Once your return or exchange is confirmed, you’ll receive a pre-paid return label and full instructions. The small return fee helps encourage thoughtful purchasing and reduces the environmental impact of unnecessary returns.
    If returning multiple items from one order, please include them in a single parcel using the same return label. Please ensure that any other labels on the box are removed/covered to ensure your return finds it's way back to us safely.
  • NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

    We do not accept returns on the following:
    • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase
    • Items returned outside of the 14-day window
    • Items that have been worn, washed, or are missing original tags
    • Underwear or swimwear, for hygiene reasons
    Returns received in unsuitable condition may be rejected and returned to you at your own cost.
  • FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

    If you receive an item that is faulty or not what you ordered, please contact us at help@marame.com within 48 hours of delivery. Be sure to include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll resolve the matter as quickly as possible and cover return shipping in these cases. You will not be charged a return fee for confirmed faults or incorrect orders.
  • INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

    International customers are welcome to return items at their own cost using a tracked and insured postal service. Please clearly mark your parcel as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges. Marame is not responsible for any duties, taxes, or handling fees incurred on returned items. We strongly recommend keeping proof of postage and tracking details. We are not liable for returned items lost in transit.
  • STORE CREDITS

    If you choose to return an item for store credit instead of a refund, you’ll receive a digital credit code equal to the value of your returned item(s), excluding any original shipping costs. Store credit is processed once your return has been received and approved by our team.
    Store credit:
    • Is issued via email in the form of a unique code or digital gift card.
    • Can be used on any future purchase at marame.com.
    • Can be used across multiple orders until the balance is fully redeemed.
    • Cannot be exchanged for cash or used to purchase other gift cards.
    • Store Credits can be used for 12 months from date of issue
    If you are returning multiple items from one order and select store credit as your preferred option, your total credit value will be combined into one code.
    Choosing store credit is a sustainable alternative to refunds and helps us reduce the environmental impact of returns.
  • EXCHANGES

    We only offer exchanges for the same item in a different size, or for faulty or incorrect items. If your size is in stock, you’ll be able to request an exchange through our Returns Portal. If the item is no longer available in your desired size, we recommend completing the return and placing a new order. We do not offer exchanges for different colours, styles, or products. Exchanges and store credits are free of charge, whilst returns for a refund incur a £5 processing fee.
  • REFUNDS

    Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 working days to your original payment method. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued. Refunds may take a few additional days to appear depending on your bank or payment provider. Please note that original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
  • ADDITIONAL TERMS

    By initiating a return or exchange, you agree to the conditions outlined here and in our full Terms & Conditions. Returned items remain your responsibility until they reach us — please ensure they are securely packaged. We reserve the right to reject returns that fall outside the policy window or do not meet our conditions.
