You should receive your digital gift card within a few minutes of purchase, though in rare cases it may take up to 24 hours. The gift card will be delivered to the email address provided at checkout, alongside your order confirmation. From there, you’re free to forward it to the intended recipient at your convenience.

Please note: Marame digital gift cards are redeemable exclusively at marame.com and are not eligible for resale, refund, or exchange, except where required by law.

Marame Digital Gift Cards can be redeemed exclusively at www.marame.com. They are valid for the purchase of any product available online and are applied at checkout using the unique code provided at the time of purchase.

Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Any remaining balance after this period will be forfeited and the card will become void.

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit. No change or credit will be given for any unused balance unless required by law.

If your order total exceeds the gift card amount, the remaining balance must be paid using another accepted payment method. If your order total is less than the value of the gift card, the remaining balance will remain available on the card until expiry.

Gift cards cannot be purchased using promotional discount codes and cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.

Please treat your gift card code as cash. Marame is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorised use of gift cards.

If you return an item purchased with a gift card, the refunded amount will be credited back to the original gift card balance. If a partial return was paid with both a gift card and another payment method, the refund will first be applied to the gift card.

Gift cards must not be resold or used for unauthorised commercial purposes. Any suspected fraudulent activity may result in cancellation of the gift card without refund.

UK Delivery

All UK deliveries are handled by either DPD or Royal Mail (customer choice) and include full tracking and delivery notifications.

Standard Delivery - From £2.50

Delivered within 2–5 working days.

Standard delivery pricing is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the most suitable courier service.

Next Day Delivery - From £3.50

Order by 2pm, Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) for delivery on the next working day.

Multiple next day services are available at checkout, including timed options where applicable. Pricing is based on order weight and selected service.

Free Next Day Delivery - Free on orders over £200

Order by 2pm, Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) for delivery on the next working day.

Orders must be placed by 2pm (Monday–Friday, excluding Bank Holidays) to qualify for Next Day Delivery.

Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends/bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Please note that Next Day Delivery is not available to certain locations and postcodes, including:

ZE*, TR21–TR25, PH15–PH50, PA20–PA40, KW0–KW17, KA27–KA28, IV*, IM*, EI*, HS1–HS9, GY9–GY10, FK17–FK21, AB31–AB56.

For these areas, delivery typically takes 2–3 working days.

While we always aim to meet the delivery timeframes above, please note that all delivery times are estimates only. Marame cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date and accepts no liability for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, incomplete or incorrect address details, customs, or other factors beyond our control.

Returns from the UK can be processed using our free post DPD or Royal Mail service. We offer a paperless return option as well as the option to print your own postage label.

We accept returns within 30 days of fulfilment, items must be in their original condition, unworn/unwashed and unstained with all tags and labels still attached

All returns are free of charge. You will be refunded the full amount you paid for the product you are returning.

We also offer Exchanges, Store Credits and Instant Exchanges, where you can get your replacement product shipped out to you before we receive your return. We just take an authorisation hold on your card until your original product is received in good order.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges are available for different size, colours or completely different items.

International returns have shipping fees which are detailed when submitting a return and vary by country.
