This hoodie is made from American brushed fleece, selected for its exceptional softness and comfort. We recommend washing before first wear to help minimise natural lint transfer from the brushed interior. We always recommend washing items inside out on a cold wash with similar colours, avoid tumble drying and iron inside out on a low heat.

Regular fit with a structured hood and ribbed cuffs and hem to help retain shape. Made from mid-weight brushed fleece with a soft, comfortable feel. Features a central kangaroo pocket and a subtle central logo detail.

Returns & exchanges

We offer a free of charge returns & exchanges process to all customers in the UK. International returns carry a return postage fee which is displayed when submitting the return on our portal.

Exchanges
We offer exchanges for the same item in a different size/colour or a totally different product in our store for UK customers. International customers are able to claim store credit to put towards a replacement item.

Refunds & Store Credits
Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 2–5 working days to your original payment method. You’ll receive a confirmation email once processed. Refunds may take a few additional days to appear depending on your bank or payment provider. Please note that original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable. Store Credits are immediate when the return has been processed.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty or not what you ordered, please contact us at help@marame.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll resolve the matter promptly and cover return shipping in these cases.

Returns Window & Conditions
We accept returns within 30 days of fulfillment, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, in its original condition, and has all original tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

To protect the garment, our swing tags are fed through buttonholes, zip pulls, or internal label loops, rather than directly attached to the fabric. This avoids damage when removed but still allows us to identify whether a tag has been tampered with or removed. We reserve the right to reject returns if there is evidence that an item has been worn or altered.

To start your return, visit our Returns Portal. You’ll be asked to select the item(s) you wish to return and the reason.

- All returns are free of charge.
- We offer Refunds, Store Credits, Exchanges and Instant Exchanges.
- International returns have a return shipping cost, which is shown when completing the return, the shipping cost varies by country.

If returning multiple items from one order, please include them in a single parcel using the same return label. Please also make sure you remove / cover any previous postage labels to ensure the parcel finds it's way safely back to us!

We do not accept returns on the following:

- Items marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase
- Items returned outside the 30-day window
- Items that have been worn, washed, stained, or are missing original tags
- Fragrances, gift cards, underwear, or swimwear (for hygiene reasons)

Returns received in unsuitable condition may be rejected and returned to you at your own cost.
