Returns and exchanges

These terms explain the returns update for orders placed from 29 October 2026 at 6pm GMT. Orders placed before that time retain the terms offered when the order was placed.

Our Christmas extension

For eligible orders that have not opted into Pass It On, our standard return window gives you 30 days from fulfilment to return items for a refund.

For eligible orders placed from 29 October 2026 at 6pm to 24 December 2026 at 11:59pm GMT, after the standard 30-day window, the Christmas extension offers exchange or store credit only, through 15 January 2027. Please register an extended-period return by 15 January 2027.

The extension never shortens your standard window: pre-order and later-fulfilled items keep their full 30 days from fulfilment, even when that ends after 15 January 2027.

Orders that opt into Pass It On are excluded from the standard voluntary return window and the Christmas extension. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Refunds, exchanges and store credit

For eligible orders that have not opted into Pass It On, our standard return window gives you 30 days from fulfilment to return items for a refund. You may choose exchange or store credit instead.

UK online customers can cancel by telling us within 14 days after delivery, then have a further 14 days to send the goods back. A cancellation notified in time remains eligible for a refund even if the parcel arrives later.

Eligible refunds go to your original payment method. Where you cancel the whole order under your legal cancellation rights, we also refund the standard outward delivery charge. Any premium above standard delivery is not refundable unless required by law.

After 30 days from fulfilment, eligible Christmas returns are available for exchange or store credit only through 15 January 2027. Orders that opt into Pass It On are excluded from these voluntary return windows. Your statutory rights are unaffected, including any refund rights that apply independently of these voluntary windows.

Return postage

For UK orders placed from 29 October 2026 at 6pm (UK time), return postage costs £3.95 with Royal Mail or £4.95 with DPD per return shipment. This charge continues after the event. It is the return-postage cost, not a processing fee. Where permitted, it is deducted from your refund or credit; the portal shows the charge before you confirm.

International return postage remains payable by the customer at the rate shown in the portal. If our label service is unavailable, contact us for return instructions. You can also arrange your own suitable return postage.

We cover reasonable return postage for faulty, incorrect or misdescribed goods where required by law. Please select the relevant reason so we can help.

Ordered before the event?

The terms offered when you placed your order apply to that order. Orders placed before 29 October 2026 at 6pm keep their original return window and any free-return entitlement. A later change to our website does not remove it.

Item condition

For returns under our additional Christmas policy, items must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with tags attached and in their original condition. Exchange availability depends on stock. These additional-policy conditions do not restrict your legal cancellation or faulty-goods rights.

You can also contact us to exercise your legal right to cancel; using the portal is not compulsory.
